If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that behind every successful business is someone wearing far too many hats. You're managing clients, responding to emails, chasing invoices, planning for the future, and somewhere in the middle of all that, your bookkeeping often ends up at the bottom of the to-do list.

That's where I come in.

I started Rachelle's Bookkeeping Studio because I genuinely love bringing order to the chaos. There's something incredibly rewarding about taking a stack of receipts, overdue reconciliations, or a messy set of books and turning them into clear, organized financial records that business owners can actually understand and use.

What makes my approach different is that I believe bookkeeping is about much more than entering numbers into software. It's about giving you confidence in your business, helping you make informed decisions, and creating systems that allow you to spend more time doing what you love.

To build that foundation, I chose to invest in formal education. I earned my Business Administration (Bookkeeping) Diploma through Sprott Shaw College and became both a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Xero Certified Advisor. Combining professional education with industry-recognized certifications allows me to provide bookkeeping that's accurate, organized, and tailored to the needs of modern Canadian businesses.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me enjoying everything Vancouver Island has to offer. I love spending time with my family, exploring local beaches and trails, camping on weekends, supporting local businesses, and finding inspiration in the slower pace of West Coast living. That same sense of balance and intention is something I try to bring into every client relationship.
